In February 2000 Charl, du Plessis walked on stage with Nataniël for the first time. Twenty years later these two artists have experienced more concerts, stage productions, recordings, tours, uphill and downhill than a yoke of oxen pulling a very heavy wagon.
On Sunday, 22 November the Etienne Rousseau theatre presents an exclusive once-off gala concert to celebrate twenty years of music, memories, moods, challenges, highlights, and stories. This will also mark the return to the stage after the months of Covid-19 lockdown. For this show, Charl chose his favourite Nataniël story of all times and his most-loved music from their repertoire of hundreds of songs. (Nataniël has very little say about this show’s content).
